It can help you track the sodium as well as many other things. Be mindful of the sodium content in things processed foods can be SO sodium laden, cured meats like bacon, lunchmeat and hotdogs are some of the worst offenders. taste your food before adding salt. Drink lots of water!!!!

Hope you can realize that goal! The alcohol needs to be cut out especially initially as it is just empty calories, that said you can use some of your calories to factor in a drink if you eel the need, But to lose 70 by the beginning of Oct you will really have to keep with it!

I plan on doing something along these lines. I have not been out to walk/jog in better than a week as we have a virtual skating rink out here in the country but plan on getting back to it and there is even a multi fun K local in March to start with (1-5k)

Could you all give some of the top str. Training exercises to begin with? Ones that will get a good basic start to improving? I speak of doing them at home to start with so would need to be free weights

My only problem was not eating it ALL! I saved a couple slices for next day they way it reheated could have been my fault but it lost some of it's crusti-ness, still good

I have to get an air popper but am looking for a good deal. Popcorn has good fiber. For those using a microwave if you are serious about a healthy way of life PLEASE look up microwaves and what they do to your food and body. Not trying to start an argument but it is pretty evil!

sounds a bit strange, I do thing that the egg is one of my best friends right now, low calorie protein it seems to keep me satiated longer than a lot of other things. We raise banty chickens (free range) and so usually have plenty. None the less I want some veggies and fruit and other foods in my body.

I would suggest you look up what all is in diet soda and some of the health concerns. Is it the caffeine you want? Need (I drink way too much soda and sweetened tea and those are my top two priorities to work on first off. I also like to drink stuff with flavor (juices ect) but I do not take in artificial sweeteners. HOW…
