I literally schedule gym time as "appointments." I usually go on my lunch break & then eat lunch on the drive back to work. My new thing is walking the building in between busy times at work. If I'm going to drink which is very rare I will have a shot or two of vodka at 65 calories per shot mixed with soda water with extra squeezed lime. I've never been one for sugary mixed drinks so it doesn't bother me. Keep up the great work OP it's awesome you are looking for ways to make it work into your goals!

I wouldn't say I love TB, in fact I rarely eat there. But when I'm out in a hurry the chicken crunchy fresco tacos are like only 150 calories & pretty decent. A couple of those & it's a good healthy little meal on the go.

I add tuna, quinoa, olives, smoked cheese, apple cider vinegar, & canola mayo or olive oil to my shredded cabbage. In fact I had it for lunch today. Haha. I also lightly sprinkle salad/pasta elegance(johnny seasoning brand) on top with extra black pepper. I could seriously eat this every darn day. Hehe
