Thank you! I do lift sometimes but i don't know anything about it. Just kinda lifting so my arms don't sag but i don't know how to lift so my belly wont sag? Whenever i google it i just find hardcore stuff

You need to learn how to eat again. I was like you, all I ate was pizzas and packet curries. I started with chicken breasts and potato's or home made curries with rice because it keeps you full and adds extra calories. Strange, I've never herd that rule and lost 80 pounds eating a whole chicken breast for a meal. Aslong as you're under your calories you'll be fine :smile:

Thanks everyone! It's nice to know people have the same issue and it's pretty common. I've lost 83 pounds in 9 months. I'm still over weight but I'm not obese like I used to be. I really just can't comprehend it.

Spend most of my days walking, or on my feet, and I do put the fact I go to the gym as well, should i not count the gym into my activity level? Also I work at McDonalds, so I'm always on my feet rushing, also the gym 3 times a week (but never eating the food lol)

Thank you! and I didn't have an issue until i was told I should take off 500 calories off what MFP already gave me. I just adjusted my 1.5 to 1lb a week and it's saying my goal is 1,940 calories. That seems like A LOT if trying to loose weight. I might be wrong though since I've been eating so little lately, is this right?

Had no idea of this. I've just been told to eat 1,200 cals and exercise? My knowledge in this isn't strong since I'm doing this all by my self.

I'm eating 1,200 cals a day and burn off with exersise to make it 800. Though thanks for the advice everyone

It's been about a month I've seen no movement. I did have a cheat 4 day weekend for my birthday and my weight is 211lb I'd like to be round the 180lb around late summer. I did change my calorie intake when I lost 28 pounds and I've recently changed my gym routine for longer and on different machines :) no one tells me how much weight I've lost even when I feel it my self. Thinking about joining tai kwon do class to have more fitness in my life.

I weigh my food and ensure im eating under my daily calorie intake. I lost 28 pounds fairly easy and I keep track what I eat with MFP. Just the scales won't budge :(

The treadmill tells you how many calories you burned while working out. I've been doing it for three months now and I really pushed my self to get to 300, I don't know if I should push my self to more. I haven't really exercised or lost weight before so I apologise if my knowledge isn't perfect.
