    I eat however many grams it takes to to help make that particular meal have the macros I want it to have. Sometimes that's about 5 ounces (measured in grams), sometimes it's about 10, sometimes it's more than that.

    We're having Quick Chicken Parm Sandwiches tonight. "Quick" meaning the chicken was grilled rather than breaded, fried, and baked.

    Strange, I've never herd that rule and lost 80 pounds eating a whole chicken breast for a meal. Aslong as you're under your calories you'll be fine :smile:
