I have been doing this for about 6 weeks and I have noticed that my butt is starting to get that peach shape, make sure to take a before picture. Be patient! It was hard for me to activate my glutes on leg day, so I have 2 booty days.

I will not get annoyed when someone says they can't eat 1200-1500 calories a day, unless they have a medical problem or sick. I start to wonder, how did they gain weight, hmmmmmmmmm

I am in perimenopause, I missed three months. Then 4th month, BAM, my period started again. I am in maintenance for 8 months. So, it has nothing to do with weight loss.
