Feel free to add me, I am around 1600-1750 cal/day and losing (IIFYM)

I have been eating these like it's going out of style! Noodles made out of beans might seem like they are going to taste disgusting or have some weird flavor/texture. I am an italian girl and LOVE my pasta, I was super skeptical about these simply because they were made out of beans. While nothing can truly replace good…

I crave sweets at night all the time! I eat macro style (IIFYM) so when I am planning my next day (always plan a day in advance, just works for me), I always program in a sweet treat for my "pre-bed snack". Usually this is something like Oikos Triple Zero (yogurt) and apple slices, sugar free jello and some cool whip,…

+1 These are my absolute favorite! I feel like I'm eating a candy bar! I like that they have a ton of protein, low sugar and 12 grams of fiber!

Just because someone says they are a "professional" doesn't mean they give good advice. There are plenty of bad apples in every profession...people trust these professionals and the information they get from them because of the reputation of the profession. Especially in the health, wellness and weight loss industry, these…

I just put my plate on the scale and zero it. Then add the sauce. Like ketchup to a burger or dressing on the salad. Super easy and nothing gets left on the spoon. If I use a spoon, like for peanut butter I drop the PB onto a plate so I get the right grams.

I dip my veggies in Walden Farms dressings... 0 cal/0 fat and they taste amazing! I love salad dressing, ranch all over everything, the walden farms brand is a game changer for me!

I make a protein shake with raspberries (8g of fiber in a cup) or eggs with a side of berries

I use a Camille Tote from 6 Pack Fitness, I'm a grad student and I got tired of lugging my backpack, purse and cooler all over so the tote replaces the cooler and the purse. It can fit 4 meals, the ice packs that come with them are great and keep food cold all day and are still frozen when I put them in the freezer at…

So far the macro thing has been working for me. I'm still new to it and working my way through planning my days so it does take a little effort. It does allow me to make better more conscious decisions, especially when it comes to eating more veg, so I like it for that. Also feel like I have more energy when I'm lifting so…

Same boat! Put on about 20# during grad school and need some accountability friends to get it off and keep it off!

Cooking with Ghee is what helps me hit my fats consistently, plus it's delicious :)

I'm six years out, RNY, went from 326 to 190. I maintained that weight for 3 years and decided to get a tummy tuck. Pre and post surgery I lifted heavy weights religiously so I only needed a mini abdominoplasty (no muscle tightening) to remove stomach skin. Thighs were fine, just mid section has extra skin. I paid around…

Go see a physical therapist.

Think about seeing a physical therapist. The under surface of your kneecap is covered with articular cartilage as is the groove that it glides in when you bend and extend your knee (or squat). Articular cartilage starts breaking down in your early 20s and it can be the cause of the noise/crunching coming from your knees.…

Go see a doctor or a physical therapist (you probably have direct access in your state, meaning you don't need a referral for PT and they are cheaper and more available than an MD). A PT receives training in differential diagnosis and can examine your feet and determine if you need to be referred to an MD and can also give…
