Chocolate with wine for me. With Strawberries, and 2 bottles sometimes. Switching the drink choice for me helps. Vodka, Soda, lime juice is low in calories, so I will not go way over. And there are not a lot of foods that it goes with.

The last 10-15lbs are usually the hardest. Do you switch up your workouts? Give 100% and see if your heart rate is at a higher level? See what you like on YouTube. I like Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30. It is a 4 week program. I would suggest doing the week program for only 2-3 days out of the week, instead of the 5 days per week. On the off days I do ab exercises. Check out Tone It Up, they have a lot of videos as well.
