Successes / struggles this week: slowly, slowly. Still consistently staying within my calories, getting at least 20 minutes of activity a day and drinking plenty of water. I'll get there, trusting the process.1 -

Successes / struggles this week: I was in a step challenge last week and that helped me to stay motivated. For the week I got over 107,000 steps. The previous week I had 76,876. I went back to drinking a lot of water. Have a bad blister on my heal, so the steps have to be done wearing flip flops, so once that is better I can hop back on the treadmill. This week I want to get in a few strength training and ab exercises. 4 times this week. Will have to be after work, because I can not get out of bed.1 -

Successes / struggles this week: I have been sick since Wed of last week, so it is helping my weight loss, but I feel awful. Hopefully I feel better this week and can start eating healthy foods instead of noodle soup and crackers.0 -

Successes / struggles this week: yesterday I had an upward fluctuation with my weight (dairy bloat from an ice cream indulgence the night before). I refused to log that weight knowing it wasn't accurate and today it was back where it had been all week. Still on that steady downward trend.0 -

Successes / struggles this week: Worst month ever, since I started counting calories. Going to go way, way out on a limb and say it's the exercise? I've definitely stepped up my exercise game this month, and while I'm not making "mad gainz", I'm surely getting stronger and that dense muscle fiber has to reside somewhere... At any rate, losing is losing and I'll take it. I'm on the "bonus" segment of my journey, anyway, having surpassed my initial weight loss goal. If I stay this weight but keep getting fitter and stronger I'll be quite happy with myself.
