Successes / struggles this week: A friend showed me how to sync Fitbit steps, and so I did, but the amount of calories per day that it adds to my goal is absurd. We're done with that now.

Successes / struggles this week: when I stepped on my scale this morning it said 140. I was so frustrated! But I have a pretty cheap scale and an old house with sloped floors so I always weigh myself in a few different spots. I moved it nearly 10 times just to be sure about this weight and see if that 140 showed up again. 138 every time, even back in the original spot. So I'm going to take it! And maybe think about getting a more reliable scale!1 -

Successes/struggles this week: Made it through the big family dinner with a salad and a La Croix. Yay me! Stress eating is my biggest struggle. I had a very unhappy day on Friday and really wanted to sit down with a big bowl of ice cream. I settled for a couple glasses of red wine, which also seems to stop weight loss for a couple days. I was expecting the fallout from that to hit on Sunday or Monday. So far, so good.2 -

Successes / struggles this week: Still on this crazy roller-coaster! Up and down yo-yo action... up 1.2 one day, down 1.6 the next day, then up 1.4, then up 2... hurt my back at the trampoline park with the kids so didn’t work out for 3 days, that would explain the ups but not the downs while still maintaining my calorie deficit? Must be the immunosuppressant meds...

Successes/struggles this week: This week was a bit frustrating. I didn't experience any losses beyond a 1/10th or two until my Monday morning weigh-in. At least my week over week added up to something substantial. My daily calories have been extremely low but that doesn't seem to be having an impact on actual weight loss. I may have to add in some sort of exercise to shock my system this week.

Successes / struggles this week: still struggling with changing some parts of my lifestyle. Overall, I am making better choice, smaller portions, etc. but I work in a bar on the weekends, so drinking and fried food is all around me. I switched from frozen margaritas and mixed drinks with rum to light beer and vodka and limiting myself to on or two.1 -

Successes / struggles this week: I was in a step challenge last week and that helped me to stay motivated. For the week I got over 107,000 steps. The previous week I had 76,876. I went back to drinking a lot of water. Have a bad blister on my heal, so the steps have to be done wearing flip flops, so once that is better I can hop back on the treadmill. This week I want to get in a few strength training and ab exercises. 4 times this week. Will have to be after work, because I can not get out of bed.1 -
