I think it is the acid level. I always heard to take a jigger of it first thing in the morning. Just like you also here people tell you to drink juice from a half of lemon in warm water in the morning.

I did not know about it till I joined a support group on facebook for a weight loss pill I am on. I was told about it there. For the last 30 years I knew I should lose weight I knew the principals of losing weight. However until you really decide to lose weight it does not matter I love this site

Have you checked your fiber intake. you should be in-taking 20-25 g of fiber every day You can look up high fiber foods like lentils, beans, berries, etc

Some times it is real easy to eat the wrong things and not even realize it. I hope you are at least writing down what you eat. Then as you are comfortable with tracking your eating you can figure out the calories etc and where you can improve. Baby steps you know. You have this You can do it

Definitely take your dietary records and Blood sugar records to the doctor when you go. The one thing I noticed on your food is that you are getting very little fiber/vegetables in your diet. Fiber affects the food is absorbed and utilized in the body

Falling off the wagon happens. I fall off the wagon every week. But I have been getting back on. When you get back on track if you build in a cheat day here and there you may not feel like falling off the wagon for such a long time. Good Luck
