When using the ios app just click where it says 'today' and it will show you an option to scroll to the day you want to view.

Oh and I used both the Up and the FitBit app on my iPhone for a long time before I had the actual hardware to go with it. I liked the coach on the Up app but hated the judging of my food choices, just because grapes have sugar doesn't make them bad, right? After some time I really preferred the FitBit app, also the fact…

I had been waiting forever for the Up3 as it was supposed to be water proof and I like the design so much more than any of the FitBits. But when it was finally released it was not water proof and it got really bad reviews. Got the Charge HR instead and very happy with it, still don't like the design though ;)

That's a bug. You can work around it by first typing the 8 then put your cursor before the 8 and type the comma. This time it will stick.

I saw an ad here on MFP a while ago for SmartPlate that does exactly the same. There's also a cup that is supposed to be able to track what you drink and how many cals it has. I think I'll stick to using my scale...

Thanks! Bookmarked.

With just 85 steps and doing nothing all day it doesn't sound right to have been given 99 exercise calories already. With being sedentary it usually starts giving me extra calories after about 2000 steps. I am aware that it is based on user stats. However, I do start lots of days with 99 negative calories. My guess is OP…

Fantastic!

Step count for me is only incorrect on the app. The website shows the correct number. Also the calorie burn is synced correctly on both the app and website for me.

Mine has 3.8 per gram.

@CyberTone explained about this perfectly earlier today in another thread, quoting:

I climbed for the first time when I visited my daughter last year after she moved to Norway. I loved it. Took an indoor beginners course but really need to lose weight to be able to haul my butt up the more difficult routes which is one of the reasons I started MFP

All depends on frame size. I'm 5'9 and have a large frame. I don't recall ever being below a size M even at my lowest weight. My friend however is almost 5'11 and has a super tiny frame, before having her daughter she would fit in XS tops.

Depending on what kind of Prosecco you had (dry/ halfdry) it's only 68 to 75 cals per 100 ml. So unless you drank the whole bottle there's not too much harm done. Also, I would have some dinner regardless...

@Popey112, I'm pretty sure that it sends your calories regardless. I have A Charge HR and steps for FitBit enabled. This morning I took maybe 200 steps before getting on my bike for a 40 minute ride. After syncing when I arrived at work those calories were added to MFP. If I walk only it takes about 3000 steps before I get…

Have you logged exercise on MFP as well? If so that overwrites your FitBit steps if done during the same time as those steps were taken.

Wow, you look marvelous!

Nom nom...

Yay, well done!
