9/1: 227.8 9/8: 227.2 9/15: 226 9/22: 9/29: I'm having a lot of leg cramps at night and leg pain/aching during the day and night. I drink at least 10 cups of water a day and have been drinking electrolyte drinks, but the leg pain continues. Does anyone else deal with this? Any ideas on how to get rid of the cramps and pain?

4/17 StrongLifts 5X5 Squat: 5X5 110 lb. OH Press: 5X5 75 lb. Deadlift: 1X5 165 lb. And Zombies 5K Week 3, Day 3 I feel like my form isn't great on the deadlifts. I'm going to have to watch some videos and practice on an empty bar before I do them again.

Yesterday's Lifts 4/14 StrongLifts 5X5 Squat: 5X5 105 lb. Bench: 5X5 85 lb. Row: 5X5 65 lb. I'm doing great with all the lifts so far, but I'm also doing Zombies 5K training alongside it. Fantastic job, team!!! I'm going to work on meal planning this week. That seems to be my biggest issue. I'm great on exercising. I'm still doing Zombies 5k 3 days a week, StrongLifts 5X5 3 days a week, plus some extra calisthenics, yoga and stretching exercises. Have a great week team!!
