This looks tasty. I might try it.

For today, I will eat 1600 calories, drink 10 glasses of water, and get at least 10,000 steps in (today is my off day for working out.)
-
I want to try this. I'm trying to do more of a calorie deficit, while taking processed sugars out of my diet because it messes with my energy levels and causes breakouts.
-
If it's warm out, get a pair of running shorts. As for a bra, that might depend on if you're wearing a compression shirt. I'm a 32DD, so I have to wear a sports bra. Also shoes will help you so much. If you don't have running shoes, you might become prone to shin splints, and those suck. I hope this helps :D

I can see more definition in my back and I have better posture now!

I would say maintain a healthier diet that allows you to cut, and then do more strength-training exercises. If you go for higher weight and lower reps, you'll bulk and build muscle. Lower weight and higher reps help you tone up.
-
I would say even it out. That's what I do. Sometimes I have a higher-calorie day and I make up for it by evening it out.
-
They're a really good source of protein. I drink them after I work out, and I've seen more muscle definition because of it. I also use them as a meal replacement, and it keeps me full until dinner.
-
I'll join you! I think that's a great idea!

A piece of chocolate cheesecake.
-
It sounds like you're doing it right. Maybe go down to 1300 if you can.
-
Good luck! You can do it.

You should probably make sure with another PT that there isn't anything wrong with it. It could be a serious thing. I knew a guy who had squeaky joints when he bent his knees, and it started off as a small thing but turned out to be worse than he thought. just be careful.
-
I knew someone who was able to lose 40 pounds. She was 5'0" and she worked out five days a week, and was a mom so she had her kids all the time. She ended up at about 115.

It happens. I had a bit of that regression at one point, but that's because I was eating way more than I should have and got overconfident. The best thing to do is to just get back on the bandwagon. It takes a bit, but you got this.

Go for healthy fats, like peanut butter, nuts, and avocado. They have a lot of calories, but they are healthy for you.

I Just looked up that Liporidex Pre and the ingredients look really good. I like that they don’t use a ton of caffeine to make it work. However, maybe I’m just a broke gym rat, but its $59.99 for 36 servings on their site. Umm no thanks. I’ll stick to C4!
-
I would say take pictures and look in the mirror. It's a process.
-
Keep going! You got this.
-
I'm a chick. I would love to help you out.
-
Stay positive! You can do it!
-
Keep going! Persistence is how you get rid of that weight.
-
It doesn't work. Don't waste your time using it. Instead, just eat right, exercise, and watch your calories and portions.
-
I don't think it exists, but it's advisable to get at least 1200 calories in.
-
I didn't eat any sweets today! I've been binging for the last week and I've been going crazy, so it's a step up in getting back to my diet after the crazy week I had.
-
The juicing diet. I mean maybe for flushing out toxins, but your weight will yo-yo.
-
I mean maybe if you substitute it for vegetable oil, but I highly doubt it. It is good for the skin though.
-
I usually buy a lot of fruit, some grains, and I also get chicken and fish. I try to incorporate more vegetables as well, despite not liking them very much. As for snacks, I usually get protein bars or my protein powder.

Some days it can suck to keep on going. But be strong, and don't give up. Remember what the end goal is, and keep your eyes on the prize :D
