  • I find taking a probiotic or two helps me when I'm feeling queasy. I am eating a lot of coconut oil and this in turn does give me reflux and a upset tummy. I am thinking to get some lard and try that instead.

  • Today I bought 3 tops in a 'normal' clothing shop. Okay they were 1xl and 2xl, but hey! Its nice to not have to go to the plus girls shop and buy their 1xl and their 2xl. Getting there! Also my belly fat is shrinking, I can now wear my jeans without shapewear underneath. Feeling good :)

  • @FIT_Goat - you must be doing well on your dairy free, do you notice any difference? I am feeling quite good and not missing it too much.. I did read that I could have ghee and that would be fine as all the badness is removed. I do miss that butter taste, although coconut oil is fine it would be nice to have a change :)
