  • Being in a caloric deficit reduces your weight. You can lose body fat by just doing cardio and diet but not as significant as adding strength/weight training. If you just do diet and cardio only, you will lose muscle and you will just be weak. You burn more calories doing strength/weight training anyways. IMO I don't do…
  • You've never tried a snicker doodle cookie before?
  • PES Select Protein Snicker Doodle and Milk Chocolate. Best tasting protein in the market. Only 1g of carbs. 24g of protein per serving. Has lucine peptides.
  • Protein power, chicken breast, salmon at Costco, and more chicken breast
  • Neither. I get a chocolate donut. Make that 2
  • Actually those machines gave me all kinds of gainz!
  • Increasing the amount of protein in one meal doesn't create a bigger boost in muscle synthesis. On average, people who eat 90 grams of protein at a meal would exactly have the same benefit as people who ate 30 grams.
  • What I meant is it will just burned as extra energy
  • Your body can only absorb so much protein at one time. Other than that it would just go to waste.
  • They're asking the healthiest way not the most tasteful way lol. Tossing it in oil and than butter. Omg!! Lol
  • Not everyone knows the difference. I was asking if you read the whole thread with other people's comments. Seems like NOT EVERYONE knows the difference.
  • Never said it was new. Some people that are new to fitness or a lifestyle change, they don't know the difference. They assume that loosing weight is the same as losing body fat percentage. I'm not saying one is better than the other. I just encourage people in the fitness world to do some type of strength training. Doesn't…
  • Like I had mention prior, it was late and I did not proof read my post. The next morning I read it and clarified it.
  • Thank you
  • http://stronglifts.com/weight-loss-vs-fat-loss-are-you-sure-you’re-losing-fat/ Know the difference
  • Well obviously your diet has to be in check. People that exercise and not watching their diet is wasting their time. SMH.
  • It was really late when I posted my OP. I re read it this morning and I was like ooops
  • I was targeting people who say they "want to lose weight" now to save them time they should incorporate some type of strength training. You know hard it is to lose 700 calories on a treadmill or some type of machine. It's much easier and less time to burn the same amount of calories with strength training alone.
  • Someone who is strength training & cardio will reach their goal much rapidly than someone that is just doing cardio. You tell me one trainer that will tell their client, do nothing but cardio. Absolutely none. Every trainer incorporates some type of strength training to their ability. You burn more calories and body fat at…
  • All I was sayin is there is a big difference between losing weight and losing body fat percentage. Peoples midset should be to lose body fat percentage rather than looking at the scale to see the lowest number. I'm not saying just to lift weights and so forth. I'm saying people should incorporate some type of strength…
  • @ninerbuff‌ When losing weight, the way to lose just fat is by adding strength training into your fitness program. You just can't try to lose weight simply by performing cardio. The pounds you lose through cardio will come right back if you stop the cardio, without muscle mass to keep the weight off. When you add muscle,…
  • Thank you!

  • Welcome back!! Good luck on your journey.
  • I don't always do ab workouts but when I do, I do weighted ab workouts. Absolutely no crunches or sit ups.
  • That's false. You lose the weight by eating at a deficit. You lose that fat my cardio or high intensity workout. There's a big difference between fat loss and weight loss.
  • @DC_TheDrivah1‌ Loosing weight is totally different from losing body fat. Your goal should be to lose the body fat rather than lose the weight. You have to do weighted ab workouts. Everyone has abs. There's just a fat layer over the abs. Now to get abs to really stick out and hard abs, you have to do weighted ab workouts.…
  • Maybe I just like to cook everyday and my kids love it when they eat different foods everyday. I applaud everyone who can meal prep or whatever. My intent was not to pick a fight but for that one person that thinks they have to meal prep to succeed will hopefully understand that you don't have to meal prep. Most people…
  • No just my opinion. Leftovers is totally fine. We cook to make leftovers for the next day For our lunch. I was referring to the people that are so cautions about their macros that they have to meal prep for the whole week
