You are presented with two foods:
1. A banana (170g) - 151 calories
2. A Yoplait Light Banana Cream Pie Yogurt (170g) - 90 calories
Which would you choose and why?

A banana.. I dont like Yogurt... I do like bananas.0
-
Both. Because they fit in my calories for the day. Lol0
-
Neither. I get a chocolate donut. Make that 20

Depends on what a person feels like eating, and what's left in the day for calories.0
-
A banana, not sure what they put in the Yoplait Light Banana Creme Pie Yogurt.0

It's all listed in the nutritional panel and ingredients list. Not hard to figure out.0 -
Banana. To use in bananas foster, because I have a recipe for it I've been dying to try. Bought the Banana liqueur and everything.
Plus, I really hate Yoplait yogurt. Every type I've tried has been a huge disappointment.
Now, offer me Lemon Noosa instead, and I'd have to think about it.0 -
Ugh, what size banana are you using to get 150 calories? The ones I eat are about a 105.
I'd choose a banana any day of the week!0 -
Sticky toffee pudding.0

Banana, unless the yogurt was Greek and had decent protein, as I always have to make a conscious effort to hit my protein goal. Maybe both... I bet I could put the yogurt in a protein pancake recipe and top with bananas and melted peanut butter...0

Banana.
I don't like flavored yogurts much. I would prefer a plain/vanilla yogurt that I add my own fruit to.0 -
I don't really like yoplait either, it has a weirdness to it that I can't describe. I do love yogurt however, I would probably choose the banana. If it was Greek gods yogurt or another yummy brand, I would probably pick the yogurt for the protein content and I find it filling.0
-
Banana, because I'm not particularly fond of flavored, sweetened or low fat yogurt.0
-
The yoghurt only if it has fruit pieces in it.0

Some grilled chicken0
-
Banana, I hate Yogurt.0
-
banana. I try and choose foods in their most basic form as often as I can.0
-
A banana because I am likely to feel fuller longer. There is no artificial sugars, chemicals, preservatives, etc.0
-
Probably banana as I don't like wasting calories on non Greek yogurt, and I typically don't like banana-flavored stuff.0
-
Neither. I'm allergic to bananas and don't like them anyway. Just the smell nauseates me. When my kids were litte (many eons ago, lol), if they wanted sliced bananas on their cereal, I would hold them at arms length to cut them so I wouldn't have to smell them, and then run and wash my hands immediately. I really hate bananas,0
-
I'd just go hungry as I don't like banana or banana flavoring.0
-
Banana. Solid food keeps you full longer, and those Yoplaits are not very good, and crammed full of added sugar. Just my personal preference.0

The yogurt. Although I wouldn't choose that flavor. I hate bananas. The yogurt has many fewer calories and good amount of protein to keep you full for a while.0 -
Banana.
I love bananas whole, but HATE bananas IN things (ie banana bread, in smoothies, etc) and ABHOR *banana-flavored* things (ie yogurt, pudding, ice cream *gag*).
Give me another flavor of yogurt, and my decision would totally depend on what I felt like....maybe even both.0 -
The yogurt for sure.0
-
Depends what I needed for the day in regards to my macros. The banana is all sugar, the yogurt is mostly sugar, but probably has a bit of fat and protein in it too. I'd probably take the yogurt.0
-
I'd pick the banana because it'd leave me fuller for a longer time than sugary yogurt could.
But If I had a reaaaal choice... I would rather have some carrots dipped in hummus, or pieces of cheese for a snack.0 -
A banana only if the banana is still bright yellow and firm. I hate eating mushy bananas. I don't like any yogurt except Greek.0

I realize you probably intended "artificial" to modify "chemicals" (I hope), but regardless...
