  • What facilities do you have for cooking?
  • USN diet fuel mixed with water does me perfectly. I lost 4.5 stone on them. 200 calorie meals include salads, soups, porridge. I assume you are replacing lunch and breakfast everyday and eating a balanced tea?
  • Yes the incentive for me is we are going on holiday in July and the last time I went to this resort 2.5 years ago I was at goal weight and loved the confidence I had. I need to shift this baby weight now and I know I can do it!! Good luck!
  • I’m in! I lost 4 stone back in 2016 and after having a baby I have gained three of it back! Arghhhhhh! At least I know I can do it! Current weight: 185lbs Goal Weight: 145lbs
  • I have tried not to panic about a couple of pounds as I know I can shift them again quite quickly. I have found even if I don't use my fitness pal everyday now, in my head I log it anyway. I do return to my fitness pal if I want to bring it into check. I went abroad twice for holidays in September (gained four pounds) so I…
  • I have a little girl she is 5. I did it to learn portion control and to break the fact that I'm an emotional eater. I binged which I haven't done in a long time. I needed some results to motivate me and its worked for me. What I have learnt on this journey in terms of the right things to eat and what's in food has been…
  • I started on a low sugar protein shake for breakfast and lunch then a 800 calorie meal for tea. (I am hungrier at night) I lost two stone along with regular exercise. Now I have reintroduced dinner but keeping to the 200 calories my lunch shake was but keeping the breakfast shake on work days just out of convenience. This…
  • http://www.crock-pot.com/specialty/for-lunch/crock-pot-lunch-crock-food-warmer-pink/SCCPLC200-PK-NP.html# We can't have a microwave at work as we have a subsidised restaurant. But everything cooked in the worst possible way. Using the above I can control my portion, calorie content and I just plug it in under my desk. It's…
  • I no longer always find an excuse. I used to have an excuse for everything, I'm a busy single mum etc. I work out at home when the little one is in bed if I can't get to the gym and I pre cook two weeks worth of meals and freeze them. Then I can make healthy convenient choices all week and a little treat on the weekend :)
  • I couldn't make healthy choices at breakfast time at all. Either nothing or a big bacon egg and mushroom sandwich. I swooped breakfast for a protein shake (a reasonably low au hat one I got off amazon) 6 months ago and along with more exercise and calorie counting I've lost 2 stone since June. It's helped me :)
  • I can no longer handle my alcohol!
  • I eat massive portions. And really struggle with snacking. I have been having a protein shake for breakfast and lunch and a big meal for tea. This is working really well for me and my relationship with food. My evening meal is healthy but large. I am eating 1300 calories a day and I don't eat back my exercise. After 6…
  • I've been using USN shakes in replacement of breakfast as the canteen at work kept calling me and that never ends well. I've made great progress, tastes nice and keeps me going to lunch.
