Date: November, 1 2016 Pass Day Le sigh. I ate yesterday's dinner after midnight today, ( unos bogo pizza!) So I am already over calories. Dinner is often where I fail for the day. Too much wishful thinking.

I GAINED 10 lbs in a month last year. And I still have it. It wasn't water weight! I have a record of what I ate. If you check your diary you can estimate with diet and exercise records to see whether the weight is real.

I love sardines. They are not all the same though. Some have really great flavor and freshness. Others are nasty. Quality is usually related to price, brand, origin, etc. So do not judge all sardines by one brand. I grew up eating them with yellow mustard on saltine crackers. But I usually eat them straight out of the can.

No, but I wear the correct shoe size. I need to be able to wiggle my toes plus. I have done a couple marathons too no problem. Or let's say I used to anyway because the last pair I sized down for vanity. :/ I have big feet too and a big big toe. That pair did not see much running though.

You should try magnesium. Low magnesium levels can cause migraines and headaches. You can find a lot of information about this.

I like beans a lot, but they tend to moldy, which I'm allergic too. Sad. I can eat them, but my allergic become worse.

Add vitamin c or citrus juice to every meal or at least your high iron meals to increase absorption. Molasses and prunes are also high in iron.

I eat baby food. It has nothing to do with that diet. I like it because it is healthy, easy, shelf stable, bpa free, low in additive way to get vegetables and fruit. I can even get organics. If they made an adult version of it, I would buy it. It is what processed food is supposed to be like!
