  • Blimey a simple question has got very complicated.. I would say just eat really well, train hard and in 9 weeks whatever you've lost is a bonus... its easier letting your body loose it (I mean "lose" it) hehe - then you put yourself under the pressure ... good luck !! :-)

  • Hi I manage a 1000 calories a day and feel ok.. Maybe its the choices you are making.. are you eating breads and stuff in that. Try porridge for breakfast maybe, something that has nice fullfilling substance with not a lot of calories.. Good luck..
