I delayed my NS order by a few days. I have a lot of food left over. I certainly haven't been one hundred percent on program this month.

Well, I am happy to say that I tried on a pair of pants that I was not able to fit in six months ago and they fit. Ok, so I have a muffin top but at least I am able to pull them up and zipper them! Progress! I hope everyone has a wonderful day!

Walked two miles today - but at a slow pace. I'm regaining my strength.

Lost 0.6 lbs. Pretty good since I haven't been one hundred per cent on program this week.

I'm still trying to figure out a way that is easier for you to find the site here. Were you able to join the NS group? After that, you do have to search for Nutriwalkers, but you can click on the star next to it once you find it, and it makes it easier to find next time. There has to be a better way. I walk at least two miles every day. I try to make it to five miles each day; that doesn't always happen.

ooh aerochic, I love the idea of belly dancing! I ate 150 calories over limit yesterday. Just for today, I will: -log everything I eat. -eat under my calorie goal. -exercise by walking two miles (done!) -drink at least eight glasses of water.

I'm in. I have 10 - 15 pounds left to go. 15 if I am being honest with myself, but I would be happy at ten. I haven't lost any weight in two weeks. UGH!

Messed up yesterday: I ate snickers and skittles, and only exercised for two miles.
