I weigh daily but only record weekly. That way I can monitor how I am doing without being crazy about the fluxuations.

I am 5'8" I currently weigh 216. I have lost 12lbs trying to lose 67 more.

I always get headaches when I start. Unfortunately the only thing that helps mine is time. After about 1 1/2 weeks they usually subside for me.

I hate the food at the office thing. I have to refuse like three times to get people to take no for an answer. And then I am "diet girl." But determination towards your goal is really the task.

Viktor Frankl is a psychologist who invented a type of therapy called logotherapy. It is all based around achievable daily goals. He is my favorite. I am all for small goals.

My apartment is ridiculous. My husband cries "feed the James" and our roommates (I live in NYC roommates man), pick up the cry. It is pretty funny actually, yet damn him.

I actually think it was because I pounded water on Sunday night. I had had some alcohol and salt on Saturday so I drank a lot of water to try and balance it out. I tipped it the other way.

The only breakfast I have is coffee. Hasn't stopped me yet ^_^

I have a "must move during my lunch hour rule." I ride my bike to and from work (have for a year now), so during lunch I either leisurely walk, or leisurely bike. That is the exercise right now, anything more extreme and I would have a HRM and would eat back the exercise calories like I did last time I did this.

I am over 200lbs, you are supposed to be able to lose 10% of your body weight without fear. The first 4lbs were water weight in the first week, other than that it has been anywhere from 2lbs-0.5lbs a week.
