    A simple chicken breast or Salmon filet baked and seasoned with just salt and pepper along with a pile of greens will keep you under 350. Keep chicken moist by baking at 450 for 8 minutes on a side. The beef stew I've been making is under 350 a serving of you go heavier on carrots and celery than potatoes.

    I really enjoy doing a huge stir fry.

    Or a big soup/stew/chili.

    Of course you can't go wrong with a big ol' salad or hot bowl of oatmeal either.

    I don't have specific recipes, but i just add whatever i have on hand and they all end up being right around 350.

    Ham and Bean Soup, Anniversary Chicken, Beef Stew, Italian sausage without a bun usually, Chili.

    A half a package of dry fry tofu with sauce and a side salad is my new favorite meal. Second would be a bowl of any kind of beans, cheese, raw onion, hot sauce, seasoning, and chopped raw tomatoes eaten with a spoon. It's like chili without the effort :D
