Walking again

Because of a back injury last month my building my walking back up has been slow going. Had a spare 30 minutes just now so I walked at a slowish pace (I used to fast walk just short of jogging) for 30 minutes. App says I burned 136 calories. Have to start somewhere, right?

    That's great. It feels good to get back out there after an injury. You'll be back to more in no time. Just be patient and keep at it.

    Thank you! I used to be a fast walker and it was my escape. I loved it. Trying to get back to that!
