Yes I eat at a deficit, I do all over cardio however with my weight loss (and 2 previous c sections) my tummy is just starting to sag with emptiness. I am struggling with what exercise to do to help tone that area because the current Cardio isn't helping

I hit overweight last week too! It's an amazing feeling. BMI currently 29. Another 28lb to go to my 'correct' weight for my 5ft9" height

I sync mine and regularly eat them back, loosing 2lb a week on 1220 Cals a day plus what ever my steps give me which is usually 200-300

Yes I have zero support at home. I think it may be a security thing for my hubby that he worries that I'll look too much better when I lose weight

I do measurements bi weekly and weigh daily

I weigh daily and log daily too It helps to keep me on track - if I keep loosing daily it makes me want to continue and if I do put on (luckily only happened twice) it gives me the kick up the bum to continue and re evaluate what I'm eating.

I'm no professional but I find in the days I eat smaller and more often I lose better than maybe just 3 meals a day without snacking

If day time I go for a walk or at night time which is my worst I go to bed I've also sometimes cleaned my teeth because everything tastes awful after that !

I don't visit a gym - I do t have time with a family and working full time shifts What I do is walk, I have a dog and I get the kids to tag along, I aim for 30 miles per week. Weight loss is slow but steady 2-3lb per week

I also weigh every day first thing in the morning. I find that if I eat too much veg I bloat and this causes a puns it 2 increase in the scales but on the whole Ive been lucky to maintain it lose daily

My husband hasn't said he doesn't want me to lose weight however he isn't exactly being supportive either! I have the Fitbit flex and couldn't live without it now Tells me how much sleep I am getting, links with MFP for calerie's burned and is easy to log weightloss etc

I did slimming world and lost almost 3 stone really quickly, I could eat as much rice and pasta I wanted and that suited me perfectly... Until I stopped and put nearly 5 stone back on. Slimming world doesn't promote the right ethic so when you stop and eat 'notmally' the quantity isn't sustainable with weight loss
