This is my second rodeo on this thread. Add me people! my streak is 90+ days and I'd like to add more pals. My FL is thinning out
-
Pretty cool! I'm here everyday.
-
I love that you're offering motivation and support as opposed to the other way around. Let's do this!
-
The app is great but the secret sauce is having the support of other people on here. If you'd like to exchange support please add me :)

go to http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings and check the box Calorie Adjustments: -Enable Negative Adjustments That should help giving you a more accurate burn estimate.

Forget about the equipment. What you need to do to burn more calories a minute is to get your heart rate going. And you can do this by doing jumping jacks, running in place or any type of cardio really. So elliptical and treadmill are choices. Do this calculation to get your max heart rate 220 - your age. So if you're 25…

I bought what must be a former model of this: https://www.cycleops.com/product/fluid2 It's a good trainer. There are less expensive, noisier and lesser quality trainers out there. Mine was around $300. And I couldn't afford it but comparing it with a gym I just figure that if it lasted me two years the cost to have/use it…

Add me if you want. I like to interact more than just liking everything as well :) see you in my FL
-
sure why not?! Keep that streak going!

ok first of all, I had to look up chubster. According to urban dictionary "An overweight although confident, well-dressed and funny man or woman. They are seen as cool and desirable due to a magnetic personality that compensates for their perceived lack of physical attractiveness." I can see from you profile pic that…

you're sharing very little about your current approach but setting a very aggressive weight goal will lead you to giving up sooner rather than later. Most people on here preach gradual life style changes. No deprivation. Everything in moderation. Log absolutely everything. Don't believe in diets that promise this and that…

I want to know too

My streak is at 47 days. Add me if you want. Let's support each other.

Congrats on getting started. Youtube is a great tool for free workout vids. If cutting sugar is something you want to do and you can do it for life then do it, but keep in mind that if cutting sugar is getting good results it's because you're not eating those calories as opposed to that sugar somehow makes us pack and keep…

You can do it! Anyone feel welcome to add me if you want. I'm here everyday and I'm very supportive I just ask for you to return the favor ;)
-
I 100% agree with the above. I drink coffee in the morning and tea with dinner. I love love love chai tea with vanilla, I put one tablespoon of brown sugar and 3 tblspoons of 2% milk it's only 35 calories. It's well worth it. Whenever changing your eating and/or fitness habits ask yourself if you are willing to do it for…

I have so many but a few "good s**t happens outside your comfort zone" "there ain't no free lunch" "it is hard but it is worth it, I am worth it" "would Tom Brady eat that?" (insert athlete of your choice)
-
I would eat a slice or two. Why suffer?
-
I'll be glad to help you. Add me if you want.

Ok then, add me if you want

Would you aim for 25 lbs loss and then surprise yourself if you actually lose 35. Setting 50 or 10/month is just too much, specially because a drop like that means that almost inevitably you will gain it all back. But if you lose 25 you'll know how to do it and then can just carry that effort all the way to your weight…

you went friendless one time already how am I supposed to know that you have changed that this time things will be different? lol add me if you want, I'm here everyday and I don't take myself that seriously :)
-
Dude! you already have 363 friends. + in this post all you can muster is a smile face? Good luck on your search for new friends
-
I know the question is done in a playful manner, not to be take too literally. However for those in the public who might take it seriously here's a tip. You can go over and it doesn't mean the end of your journey controlling your weight. I often go over about 100-300 cals and the way I see it is that 300 cals is 0.085 of a…

I have a job that is mostly desk (70%) the rest is hands on but definitely not consider changing my 'sedentary' to 'lightly active' because of it. How do I get in the workouts? I bring lunches that I can eat on my desk or as I move around like a wrap or a sandwich, any meal on a tupperware really if it's not too elaborate…
