Hello, so here's the sitch I used to be in amazing shape and I unfortunately got depressed then turned 21 and depression and Liqour did my body absolutely no good but I'm tired of feeling unhappy with my body. But once I'm motivated and it I'm in it and ready to go!
would just love the extra help and push!
