I'm looking to lose 64lbs. I've already lost 2lbs. Will be working out with you tube videos and eating well. I've already cut sugar from my life and feel great.

Congrats on getting started. Youtube is a great tool for free workout vids. If cutting sugar is something you want to do and you can do it for life then do it, but keep in mind that if cutting sugar is getting good results it's because you're not eating those calories as opposed to that sugar somehow makes us pack and keep the pounds.
It's all about the calories it's just energy.

Thank you for the encouragement! I cut processed sugar not from fruits etc. I use to feel fatigued and sluggish but don't feel like that anymore. I had a sweet tooth. I now very rarely have any but I use honey in my tea etc.

Great job on your decision! Nutrition is 80% of your results. Carbs are sugar. The carbs you want to avoid are simple carbs (bread, cereal, white rice, table sugar, limit sweet fruits, etc.). Simple carbs spike your blood sugar levels and your body stores them as fat.

Stick to complex carbs which supplies your body with a consistent source of energy over several hours. Complex carbs are found in brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, etc.

You got this! Your goal will take several months, so be consistent. Feel free to add me.
