You need to find an exercise you love. Other wise it's just a slog. It's not only gym stuff... think ofor dance classes. Ariel classes. Gymnastics. All these things build muscle and involve cardiovascular, mix it up and find something you enjoy more!

It's not noticeable in the morning, I had normal lady bloat in my boobs but they have subsided and didn't change the scale reading, but the bloat is noticeable after eating or drinking more than it usually is. I did put that I've had rest days in the original post, I can't pole every day as it would produce way too many bruises and my hands would tear open I need days to recover from tough sessions. Sorry of that wasn't clear!

A bit more background, I've been easing back in for 3 months, the injury wasn't working out related and I have chilled other again more this week as back to work so dropped it back down to 2x classes a weekly and a few practice sessions at home (all pole) so hopefully it will be reducing soon. find something you enjoy. If you hate working out, it's because you hate your workout. And if you hate your workout, you won't motivate yourself to get up and do it! It took me a few years to find the exercises i enjoy, and i don't bother doing any others! Find something that makes you feel great. Good luck!

GW -126 weight today - 128, has been for a week and a half now. uh huh! Pole dancing (call it pole fitness if you manly men don't like the name ;) ) gives you insane grip strength. My physio cried out in pain when instructing me to "grip as tight as you can onto my hand" when testing after injury... haha!

foal rollers and extended stretching can work wonders. I had a rest day yesterday and am still so sore, i'm planning an extended stretch session before and after my workout today.

i had issues with flabby looking tops of arms too, i found all exercises that filled out the muscles in my arms helped, now they are filled with muscle they don't look at flabby!

I use victorias secret pants/thongs for pole, their "shorts" over the top. You get seamless ones that are almost made of a swim suit material and they react with sweat very well, very comfortable from no waist bands and not too bad on the wedgie front!!

alcohol is a diarrhetic so it can um...empty you out when you get up! That coupled with dehydration and you peeing loads the night before equals low weight for some!

I become a carb monster about 5 days before. Doesn't matter what i eat, if no carbs, i'm still starving. I always bloat up about 3-4 lbs at this point, but i know if drops off again after so i don't stress too much about it! I'm in a bad enough mood anyway no point pissing myself off!!
