  • i guess you mean the way the program show things you have eaten before to find them faster. Only way i have found to remove them is to go to the days you use them and remove them. Or you make a request to site to clean your old data but not sure that will happen because it is free.

  • As many has said here the MFP give you a suggest it is not a strict value and you can adjust it your self. Myhome - Goals - change goals and say you want to adjust it manually then you can change it to somewhat higher. MFP suggest me 1580 but i know i feel better with 1800.   • log your data and take a small weight loss and see how you feel eating something like 1600 cal if it feels ok try 100 less and see how it feels an give it at least 3-4 weeks, starving will loose you weight but after you eat it back double probably.   • I weight my self once a week Saturday Morning after waking up. YOur weight always goes up and down, mostly water staying longer in the body some days depending mostly how much salt you ate and how much you drank water. SO weight your self once a week and later maybe only every 2 weeks.
