I'm one of those people who meals preps and eats the same thing except for dinner at times when I finish work early enough. I pre-log my meals from breakfast to afternoon snack then just change up depending what I feel like for dinner and dessert.

I used to love bananas but found them too sweet after doing ketogenic for a couple of months. I might give it another go though.

Sugar free hot chocolate is good by itself or adding to coffee to make a low-calorie mocaccino.

I'm usually under my fiber goal but I've found that usually in the morning if I sit on the toilet for 5-10 minutes just on my phone even if I don't have to "go" I'd always end up going. Just try giving yourself some regular "toilet time". Works for me!

Frozen fruits and vegetables are cheaper than fresh ones. Buy in bulk if you can. I also usually buy an extra pack of meat when it's on sale then just freeze it.

Not having any sweet treats at home helps me a lot otherwise I'd just keep eating it. I just have my greek yoghurt, fruits and honey as my last meal to curb my cravings for something sweet.

When I freaked when he was about to pour olive oil when frying my steak! He's okay about me weighing my foods but made a big deal when I asked him to only put 4 grams of butter on my toast. :D

Heaps of water! I drink a glass of water before my meals followed by a hot drink like tea or coffee. Then I sip on my 600 ml water bottle in between meals.

I prep 6 days worth of lunch and dinner on Sundays. It gets boring but I find it's more convenient than having to cook every other night which I used to do.

I take "diet breaks" too. Either eat at maintenance or just eat whatever I want for a week. Usually around holidays or whenever I take a short leave from work.

That's what I wondered because I see people always suggest things like peanut butter, avocado and oils. And thought maybe macro ratios aren't so important as long as you're in a surplus.
