Thanks so much for this post! I appreciate all the advice here. I got a membership to the Y back in November. I used to weight lift a few years ago and I want to get back into it. If anyone is interested in a weight lifting buddy, please add me! I am really interested in getting into it

Thanks for that post because its been happening to me too with the water retention and I would get so discouraged. I'm definitely going to try the techniques mentioned like the sauna, tea etc.

Hi I'm new here. Yesterday 12/25 I did 1 hr of Zumba cardio Cardio: 1 hr Zumba cardio Strength: NONE Assessment: Ate way too much caramel popcorn. Overall ate approx 1200 cals today.

I did exercise today, I did 50 minutes of spinning. I have been exercising for the past 6 days. My goal is to exercise at least a little everyday. I am feeling pretty good, still struggling with my depression but feeling much better.

Yes I do hope you get to talk with your doctor about that. Perhaps they could tailor your treatment or adjust the dose or maybe find something similar. Best of luck with that. I just started on a very large dose of zoloft and it has pretty much killed my appetite, i lost 15 lbs in about 2 weeks
