    Count me in.
    Goal- keep fit and get some muscle (and Lise some fat)
    Daily goals- T25 DVD 6 days a week. Lift hand weights or do abdominal work out on my rest day depending on the day before and after.
    Great challenge for the holidays!

    Facebook group would be nice.

    Days off are important but I need to do something or I lose my mojo.

    I really want to do this. Right now i got home from class and feel so tired, But i know exercise is supposed to help o.0 just finish this cup of coffee and off i go

    to feel more confident and healthy
    2. What type of exercise do you plan on doing?
    Walking, running one day
    3. Is your goal daily exercise?
    Yes
    4. Do you have goals that you want to meet through exercise?
    To feel fit enough to run. To increase my flexibility. Feel toned.
    5. How do you feel about this challenge?
    Nervous. Everyday is a big commitment. I always feel SO tired just before i am about to go do it

    Just in case we are still posting our daily updates here rather than the group:

    \Day 1 - 9/14/15:

    1. What is your motivator for exercising? To get healthy and feel more "fit"
    2. What type of exercise do you plan on doing? Tonight I plan to go to the gym and work on treadmill
    3. Is your goal daily exercise? Yes
    4. Do you have goals that you want to meet through exercise? Yes. I would like to lose a size or two, but my biggest goal is to be able to walk stairs without huffing and puffing and tighten up my chicken arm flab!
    5. How do you feel about this challenge? I'm excited to have others with similar goals to help me stay motivated and for ideas on different forms of activity so I don't get bored.
