One thing no one has pointed out yet is you said you are trying to baby your lower back. Why is that? If you're going to work your core, you need to work your entire core, which includes your back. You don't want to create an imbalance.

Funny how the link above claims to have fixed the problem, yet my issue didn’t start until yesterday. My steps are being synced when I first open the app in the morning and then not syncing for the rest of the day. The previous day’s steps do not get corrected either.

I am the same way. Christmas was awesome when I was a kid, but now it's just a bunch of "eff this!" My gym (college campus) is closed until January 6, so I'm going to take the opportunity to try and complete those "extra credit" Darebee workouts.

I like them. I use the dressings on a regular basis, and I like the chocolate dip for strawberries. I also use the marshmallow dip on baked sweet potatoes. I've used the chocolate and caramel dips to flavor plain yogurt before too.

I love my Fitbit. When I first got it, I was determined to hit all the goals that were set and win challenges. When you first get up, after using the bathroom. I weigh daily and use trendweight.com to filter out the "noise" of water fluctuations. I try to have an official weigh in with tape measurements once a week.

I usually have two coffees in the morning, and I use a tablespoon of sugar free flavoring syrup and an ounce of milk in each. It's only 40 calories total.
