I ate in a deficit all but one day and I did measure, used a food scale and worked out. By "pretty healthy" meant I was on target with the exception that I'd did have wine Friday & Saturday, 2 glasses each night, but it was added. (I usually try not to drink when I'm dieting because sometimes it does hinder my progress)…

Yes... Sounds like you do understand! Like I said, I guess I was venting. I do take responsibility as an adult and no one forces food in my mouth. That was never the point. Just gets annoying when you know someone purposely does things like this... Yes it's on purpose, beleive me. I've know this woman for 24 years. Lol

I do make Food for my family. I have tons of healthy choices in my kitchen. this is all in addition to what I have and cook in my house.

Not Sharing food expenses. She has her own everything.... Just buys it and puts it in my kitchen for our family on her own. Not telling my kids food is bad, I just a don't want them eating food all the time that is high calories and full of sugar and fat.

My husband has cholesterol that is very high, trying to get him to lose 40 lbs which was Doctors orders, she knows this, and as far as my kids, my daughters 18 & 16 are old enough to know what the right foods to choose. ^ she has her own apartment, kitchen etc... Believe me it's done purposely. I have asked her to stop not even due to my dieting, but so my kids wouldn't eat the garbage. Still doesn't get it.

Mother in law moved in with us and continuously brings in junk food and cooks high fat meals. I have continuously told her that we try to live healthy but she could continues to ignore my wishes. I keep plugging along, make my own meals, but I will say thr... Sorry guess I'm just venting.

I used to work in an Italian restaurant which is my absolute favorite. I was actually 20 lbs thinner then believe it or not!! Oh the irony! Haha

Thanks for all the responses. Maybe I've been doing something wrong. I do loose but only when I feel like I am starving myself. Had great success with very low calorie no sugar diet but since I tried to go back to everything in moderation, I have gained. I am going to try to watch very carefully this week and see how it…

Would love the friend add! I have been playing with the same 15-20 since I had my 3rd almost 8 years ago! I lost after my 2nd and was at my all time lowest for almost 9 yrs until my son was born in 07. Hitting 46 in a few months... It gets harder every year!

I have basically have the same goal. This is my first week back full force. Trying to cut sugar and watch the carb intake. Also hoping to work out at least 4-5 days. We'll see if the scale agrees with my approach next week.

Love my Apothic red and that has gotten me off track as well. Trying to limit it because I feel it is useless calories. My goal is to try to do extra cardio after I drink. I'm going to see how that works out.
