back on this app and I am going to make better use of it this time around My goal is to lose 20lbs by December, Any recommendations?

I have basically have the same goal. This is my first week back full force. Trying to cut sugar and watch the carb intake. Also hoping to work out at least 4-5 days. We'll see if the scale agrees with my approach next week.0
