Not feeling completely out of breathe after climbing stairs.

Week 6 day 1 done!! Was able to keep my pace at 6.0 mph for running and 3.3 mph for walking. Cannot believe I'm almost done with the program!

Finally completed Week 5 Day 3! It was daunting but I did it running the entire 20 minutes :) I did have to drop my speed from 6.0 mph to 5.0 mph but that's alright, as long as I did my best. I had sweat dripping from my face - felt good!

Got up at 5:45am today and did my morning ab circuit (15 minutes). Hitting the gym later today for that 25 minute run :D This time I got it down!

@Hannahlosing I did the same thing! I over slept an hour :o Tomorrow I WILL get up at 6am :p

So I wasn't able to complete week 5 day 3, just felt sluggish with TOM. I plan on trying again though:)

Week 5 Day 2 of C25K done! The two runs were not as bad as I thought they were going to be :p A little nervous about day 3 though...... :|

Yeah, I just try to zone out and just run :p Did a mile in under 10 minutes today - super stoked!! 9:59 minutes!

Week 5 Day 1 completed!!! 5 minute runs are pretty easy for the first two minutes, but that three minute mark..omg! Pushed through and got all of my intervals completed.

Finally got the chance to get back on MFP ;) I met my running goal for the December Running Challenge (25 miles) and have decided to increase my January Running goal by10 miles! Super excited to challenge myself and see if I can do it :p Running Goal for January 2016: 35 miles :D

Week 4 Day 1 completed. Walk at 3.5 mph and run at 6.0 mph. 2 miles. Not going to lie, that 5 minute run was hard! Hopefully day 2 and day 3 will be easier

So, I ended up buying some Chuck Taylor's today and did some body weight squats....WOW! I could tell a huge difference from my running shoes; I felt more "grounded" and leveled.
