Lose weight. It's probably a dodgy distribution of fat

Oh no! What am I doing? A mega dirty but clean bulk? My TDEE is around 2000, but I eat 4000 a day! I weigh 70kg, I plan to bulk until the end of winter, before eating my Shreddy-Brek in spring. I'll probably weigh around 80 by then.

I have soft jiggly pecs that bounce when I walk aha! Until I flex them - solid as rock.

Men don't have hard fat. Fat is fat. You might want to go and get your testosterone levels checked.

Spinach is jam packed with vitamins and is very low in calories. Go get a few 250g bags and sweat half of a bag for plenty of vitamins.

Bumper plates aren't necessary unless you plan on dropping your bar from overhead, which I doubt with only 25mm sleeves.
-
Don't weight train while pregnant. What if you dropped the bar while bench pressing? What about deadlifts - that's a fair amoun T of pressure on the spine - poor baby lives in there. Just put off training until you have the baby, and do your research in between times. I'm no doctor, but it doesn't sound good to me.

Why don't you ask themnfor the nutrition in their bread? They must have ingredients. If they have ingredients they can give you that. I'm pretty sure that they are obliged by law to disclose nutrition of products when requested. Be gone with your pseudoscience, foul destroyer of choice! (In all seriousness, do you have a…

Ahh exercise. Intensely. It curbs your appetite for a bit

Same problem. Luckily, I want toneat 4000+ calories a day. Here's what I can think. Drink plenty of water before, during, after and in between meals. Eat plenty of protein in your meals (takes longer to digest and sits in the system for longer) Chew gum. All the time. Snack on celery (almost void of caloriesz apparently it…

I eat upwards of 200g of protein a day, at 160lbs. I've never had any problems It's not a problem unless you don't use or need it or you have a rubbish liver. (Supposedly it can be quite hard on it.) Either way, drink plenty of water as what you don't need is expelled through ye olde urine shoote. Why the hell are you…

You are weak willed. Start taking ice cold showers. That's a test of willpower. It's also a good fat loss method! You just wash and lose a few calories while you're at it! Win win!

I consider myself only just intermediate, here are my stats atm: Weight: 70kg Squat: 1.50xBW / 105kg Bench: 1.21xBW / 85kg Dead: 1.93xBW / 135kg For women, its obviously a touch lower, but look on exrx, that'll tell you.
-
You squat more that you dead? T-Rex arms?
-
Just google: 'exrx strength standards" There was a website called strstd.com which was great but it was taken down for some reason.
