i feel like I am never full and always hungry. I actually gained 20 lbs after my baby. Please advise!!

Same problem. Luckily, I want toneat 4000+ calories a day. Here's what I can think.
Drink plenty of water before, during, after and in between meals.
Eat plenty of protein in your meals (takes longer to digest and sits in the system for longer)
Chew gum. All the time.
Snack on celery (almost void of caloriesz apparently it takes more energy to chew and digest than it yeilds!)
Smoke like a trooper (OK maybe not that one, decreases appetite though)

Ahh exercise. Intensely. It curbs your appetite for a bit0
