Carmel corn cakes or chocolate rice cakes are good if you have a sweet tooth

I had some oatmeal sweetened with a bit of stevia topped with blueberries, a bit of dark chocolate, and cinnamon. Tastes like dessert. Banana "nicecream" is also good with healthy toppings like pb2, cacao nibs, granola, and fruits. I flavor the blended frozen banana with vanilla or even just make a smoothie bowl.

Recently started squatting without a squat machine and using actual weights, my left neck/shoulder feels tight as if i might've strained it a bit. I think it's due to poor form since I'm still learning because I wasn't lifting that heavy. I guess even failed attempts have a proper form lol

I would suggest you keep an eye on not just your calories but also your macros and kind of analyze where you protein, carbs, and fats are coming from as well as if they're good fats or bad. It's very helpful to have a good balance in your macros that fits you so you can see results is what I learned. I also pre-log a lot…

I know exactly how you feel, I've given in half way through the week and decided I might as well eat bad the rest of the week and get it all out but you won't ever get it all out. The more you eat it the more your body will crave it. I've also told myself I'll just start over next week. You have to start eating cleaner…

I put a scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein powder into about 3/4 of a cup of plain yogurt and mixed it and put granola on top. I tried it for the first time yesterday and liked it. There's also recipes for protein powder pancakes on YouTube along with protein shakes.

You're welcome, and don't worry..... I haven't been to the gym in a week either lol I plan on training my legs to be stronger so I can endure the workout and eating better especially on leg day to help tolerate the workout

I'm having the same problem. I trained with someone that works at the gym I go to for my leg day and I don't know if it was the intensity of the workout was too much and my legs aren't strong as I thought, or because I didn't stretch before the workout besides lunges (which I had never done and wore me out)but I've felt…

Sure, I'm down :)

I know how you feel. After losing 60 lbs I've craved fast food and gave in then wasn't satisfied because in a way it made me sick lol I guess since my state of mind changed and I look at it as a lifestyle and not a diet I'm disgusted by most fast food. It'll take time but I'm sure you can do the same, trust me :)

Pre-logging my day and making sure I'm getting in the proper amount of protein, fruits, and veggies while making sure there's enough room for a reasonable dessert always helps me. It's important to not completely deprive yourself but enjoy things in moderation. Also buying new gym clothes helps motivate me to wanna go to…

I'm also about 5'2 with shoes on maybe lol when I started MFP I was about 150lbs but I haven't weighed myself since I started 2 months ago. I set my goal weight at about 122 and changed it idk how many times. I think the number isn't most important but measurements and by judging your body physically. Someone can weigh…

I'm active here on MFP and don't mind supporting others. I'll add you

Lentil chips are great but I haven't been seeing them lately :( they have a slightly sweet taste if I remember correctly

Hummus is great for dipping and it comes in different flavors, rice cakes (the popcorn ones are great with peanut butter, nutella, or a bit of caramel!), grapes, turkey pepperoni, Babybel cheese, and almonds

I'm in your exact same position. I'm 21 and i just graduated from college but the past couple of years I've been in the process of losing weight. It seems like breakfast and lunch are very easy to stay in control of but dinner is difficult. I started offering to cook dinner a lot or to keep track of calories i scan the…

I'm 21 and I've struggled with my weight all my life up until when i started college online. Since then I've lost about 60 pounds and I'm still going. Even though it's been tough I'm mentally strong and i have a lot of will power. I don't have a problem being friends and keeping track of progress together if someone wants…

I'm a 21 year old in college as well and I also make music but I'm a producer so I do ALOT of sitting which definitely doesn't exactly support a healthy life style. I still maintain my will power the most out of my whole family which doesn't have the best luck with health but I try to find substitutes for foods to keep…
