today I had a tropical green smoothie. Compete with spinach, kale, and avocado. Very good. I usually enjoy beating 2 eggs until they double in size, put a slice of turkey bacon on one side with some veggies and fold it over like an omelette. So fluffy! So good!

    I had some oatmeal sweetened with a bit of stevia topped with blueberries, a bit of dark chocolate, and cinnamon. Tastes like dessert. Banana "nicecream" is also good with healthy toppings like pb2, cacao nibs, granola, and fruits. I flavor the blended frozen banana with vanilla or even just make a smoothie bowl.
