I’d like to be added. I’ve been awful due to a combination of stress and bad feet so exercise is hard. I need all the support I can get and it’s definitely easier together .

I don't think so. I'm debating on seeing a dr to try to fix the problem but I'm not quite there yet because I've actually had surgery on one of my feet already and I still have pain . I've tried a variety of shoes with and without orthotics and I always have ankle braces on each foot when I work out
