Good job! Glad to see someone stress the importance of CONSISTENCY. That is the key...and of course patience.
-
Simply put...you have to be conscious of what you put into your mouth...ALWAYS. If it is generally clean foods then there is no need to count...you know when you have gone overboard or overindulged, you just have to be honest with yourself.

I have lost 130lbs...i'll tell you, it is one day, one rep at a time. If you are consistent and patient, it will come. You cannot quit and you have make it an important component of your life. You will def have crummy workouts on some days but you will have more good ones.
-
One approach to apply: if it hurts don't do it. There are plenty of other low impact activities that are just as effective. I personally like stairs.

If you struggle with tiredness, you need more food/energy. Generally more complex carbs to fuel your workouts. Try it and see how you feel.

Good job!!! U r def a source of motivation.
-
Simply put, to gain weight you have to maintain a calorie surplus (I increase my carbs), to lose weight you have to maintain a calorie deficit (I decrease my carbs and up my protein).
-
The reality is: there will ALWAYS be someone who is unhelpful, discouraging, etc (in my journey, I have found that those closest to me can be the most discouraging)...we just have to use it as fuel to continue to grind. It's all about mental toughness and commitment to taking care of YOU!!! No one else can or will.

Cardio helps create a deeper calorie deficit, which helps you lose weight...and, of course, it increases heart health. Fasted cardio has been beneficial in my weight loss efforts.
-
People critiquing your workout routine/how you train and providing "advice" even though they look like *%#*
-
Commitment, patience, consistency, and self discipline.

She killin' 'em...I see you...lol. Good job!!!

Chicken, turkey breast, lean ground turkey, lean ground beef, tuna, fish, non fat greek yogurt, turkey jerky, egg whites. If you want to gain weight, carb manipulation is key...increase carb intake to gain, decrease carb intake to lose.

You should train/lift. When you choose to do cardio, try to do it on an empty stomach (fasted), moderate intensity (for me this is a 15 incline @ 2.5 - 3.0 mph for 45 mins). You will get great results if you do it and stick to it. You will def burn body fat when you do this.
-
You can do it...I can be anybody's cheerleader as long as they have the drive to do it. I lost 125lbs in a year so I know you can do it.
-
Good job, man!!! Don't stop...let's do this forever, God willing.
-
The more you do it, the easier it gets. Your body/heart adapts. When I began my journey, I could barely jog...now I run 5ks sub 25 mins. Just keep grinding!!! You will be alright...don't stress too much about it.

I have struggled with plateaus and boredom. For cardio, I have began incorporating jump roping. It is fun...and there are tons of different things you can do to change things up with it.

Smoothie breakfast (low calorie, rich in protein and fiber, and tasty): 1 dannon 80 calorie light and fit greek yogurt; 6 oz. of liquid egg whites; 5-6 ice cubes; 2 handfuls of baby spinach and baby kale; Blend ingredients. I drink that shake with 1 or 2 mild Italian chicken sausages.

I do fasted cardio regularly...every morning before I go into the office. It works! I lost 120lbs and fasted cardio is a significant part of my process, along with diet.
