Plateaued and it's annoying

Hi everyone, currently 12 months into my training regime and have lost 28lbs so far but have plateaued lately.. I run, cycle and use a rower everyday but am getting a bit bored. Anybody out there who has ideas to shake it up a bit get in touch. Can't do weights as I have two knackered shoulders from too much rugby.

    I have struggled with plateaus and boredom. For cardio, I have began incorporating jump roping. It is fun...and there are tons of different things you can do to change things up with it.

    It's more stale than bored, perks of being military I suppose..might have to join a civvy gym

    I suppose it's better to burn out than to fade away, time to increase the tempo and duration of my sessions looking at the other forums
