82 Pounds Down- Progress Pictures!

Highest weight last year in March was 249lbs. I am currently at 167lbs! I have lost a total of 82lbs and would like to lose another 18lbs! Here are my progress photos so far:

My advice is to take things slow, as hard as that may be! This has taken me over a year and I am still not at my goal. I aim for one pound lost at a time. Persistence and the good ole 80/20 rule.5 -

Being patient is the #1 thing I have had to learn! My weight loss has been a roller coaster! Some weeks up and others way down. Trusting in what you are doing through the rough weeks is so important.
Also, don't be hard on yourself if you slip up. It's a life change. You can't expect to NEVER have your favorite "bad for you" food again, can you?! Indulge responsibly and get back on the horse ASAP! My pitfall was giving up when I had bad days. Now I just chug some water and keep at it.
