I asked my endo and she said, nope don't do it. Waste of time and money.

I am not diagnosed with anything but T1 diabetes. I constantly check my body and compare other ladies to mine. When I log food, I focus so much time and effort that I could be doing other things. If I eat out fast food - I feel like a fat loser afterwards. I will buy candy and chips because I screwed my day up anyways. If…

that said, I can probably look pretty good :)

Great....all the older ladies in my family have a huge gut and big arms....EFF!

I would like to lose 5% body fat.

It's just a simple, cheap step counter.

I guess it's gonna be different for everyone and I should just try and see what happens... I gotta keep myself from getting stressed out from betes somehow.....ugh...

Wow! Your post pisses me off acutally! LOL

Hello? Type 1s?
-
I dont like to edit recipes in mfp because it always takes 2-3 times to find the correct entry. Mfp doesn't save previous food searches in the recipe builder. And measurements are almost always different on the entry than on the actual can or box AND im in canada. Lol

Also want to mention mfp does really calculate exercise burn that well from what ive read on here... and ya i will listen to my body if more food is needed.
-
I don't plan to eat exercise calories back but I do plan to eat carb based dinners on nights I work out
-
Lol, didn't last very long for me! Im sure there's people out there that did it for 7 days though!
-

I have diabetes type 1. I will eat these later though, in a month or so. I just wanna try life without. It really helps manage diabetes by avoiding these too so...

I decided not to do it and guess what happend last night omg! I got home from work after having soup 3 times and i gorged on crackers and coupe cookies, then some suckers the fries and nuggets with sauce then Subway for a bed snack! I know! I would cry for days if I wasn't allowed greek yogurt anymore!
-
Yes I probably have...I am thinking maybe I would "feel better" if I did an experiment by avoiding them. But yes I would never want to avoid them unless it gave me a great benefit by avoiding them. Yes I have read most of the stickys a while ago. Thanks.

Why are you saying Huh? That's PROTEIN. ??? Im confused.
-
Of course! This was only a 7 day plan!
-
I do use and have used MFP how its intended! Have lost weight too! I wanted to try something diffent and USED Mfp to get information on it and found out it's not really needed. So yes, I do use MFP. I actually exercise too. lol

True ladies, true! Guess Im having homemade chicken pizza for supper then! But I am curious about the going bread free and dairy free....I don't know... I love both!
-
Oh yes! And I also wanted to use this week to test out how my body responds to no bread or dairy. Im a big yogurt eater and maybe it's effecting me by causing bloating. My plan was to omit the milk/dairy on the day it says have skim milk.
-
Yes, lots protein in day 4 and 5
-
I don't see it being unhealthy because none of the foods in it are unhealthy, it covers all the food groups (over a week view instead of 1 day though) AND it's only for 7 days. If not fat is lost, just water...so what. It's good to lose water weight and rid of your bloat :)

Day 7 is back to 1500cals a day approx...of healthy foods. No chips, cake, candy, reg pop, juice, chocolate, icecream. None!
