    This. There's not actual leptin in them and even if they did your body can't use it the way it is supposed to by ingesting in pill form.

    Most people who are overweight have an abundance of circulating leptin. The problem is that we don't have enough receptors. We have to build receptors with exercise and healthy eating. Don't waste your money. You might want to ask your doctor about supplements before you decide to consume them.

    I asked my endo and she said, nope don't do it. Waste of time and money.
