Once in awhile I do that in the middle of the night. I always justify the need to snack beforehand. I've gotten somewhat better about it over the years, though. Hang in there!

I was feeling a bit disappointed about that as well because I do kettlebells about 3 times per week.

I grind my own seeds and throw them into Nutri-Bullett smoothies. It definitely adds some texture and I feel much more satisfied.

Well done!

I've got 20 to 30 pounds to go. I'm focusing on 1 pound at a time.

I consider several sources when it comes to calories burned. I have an easier time with running because I can gauge my speed. I use my treadmill's settings, steps counted from mfp.

Feel free to add me. I'm currently trying to avoid the pounds I add at the beginning of the school year, and lose roughly 20 pounds.

I find that I'm liable to stay on track when I am connected to others. The friends option on here is great.

I chewed a lot of cinnamon gum. I received that advice from someone else who had stopped smoking as well.

I'm on everyday as well. Sending request. I'm new(ish) and could use more accountability and inspiration.

Sorry for your loss! May you continue to heal emotionally and physically.

This thread is very helpful. I do quite a bit of light strength training; including planks and kettlebells. I have been wondering how to account for this activity up until now.

I had no ideas the MFP app could do that. Good to know!

I'm starting my 2nd week here. So far so good. Welcome!

:) way to go!

I fit in a run a few mornings per week. That will change to evenings as I go back to work in August. I also work in some light strength training, too.

Feel free to add me. I am trying to regain a healthy lifestyle food-wise. I have one son and my husband often works long hours. It can be tough, but I'm focused on mini weekly goals.

Hi there! I can relate to your story. I can gain 3 to four pounds per week, which can be dangerous if I get very busy and am not paying attention. I lost 50 pounds on weight watchers after having my son. I wanted something different this time; I think this might be the key.

I'm looking to lose 20 to 25 pounds. I am also trying to amp my current fitness level; both mileage and weight training reps.

Best of luck!

Hi there! It sounds like we are in the same boat. I'm focused on eating healthy as my activity level is due to drop soon.

Good luck!
