I check in on MFP when I need inspiration. It helps me to remember that we are accountable to ourselves, but we aren't in this alone.

I allow myself some air popped popcorn. I know that I will want some sort of savory snack, and this is a sensible compromise.

I recently started Pilates after I broke a toe a few months ago. My weight has not changed, but I do feel significantly stronger in my core. I had to really modify some of the moves, but now that I'm healing, I'm still hooked. Now, if I can stick with a deficit, the scale might change.

I'd rather get 10 minutes of moving than nothing at all. Some days, I sneak in short workouts if I'm crunched for time.

Sandwich thins packed with greens, protein (tuna or chicken), and a tablespoon of hummus. I also take a container of raw veggies.

1/2 of a banana 1 1/2 cups of spinach 1/2 cup of frozen cherries 1/2 cup of chopped carrot 1/2 cup almond milk That's my favorite so far.

I typically don't eat the calories from my synced steps. I listed myself as moderately active when I signed up for MFP, and I believe that there is an allowance of extra calories for that distinction.

I have door duty at my school, and not many parents come in through my door. I'm there for half an hour at drop off and another 20 minutes at dismissal. I end up pacing in the vestibule in between students arriving.

I'm loving just paying attention to what I consume and the energy I burn. MFP has been good for me so far.
