I usually take a small bag of vegetables, "Celery, radishes, baby carrots, jalapeno peppers and broccoli" and s package of hummus. It keeps me at about 100 calories for lunch but still fills you up.

Salad, veg &hummus, ham/chicken sandwich loaded with veg. Pizza pretzel, smoothie, giant cookie, basically whatever fits your macros and your taste buds.

Sandwich thins packed with greens, protein (tuna or chicken), and a tablespoon of hummus. I also take a container of raw veggies.

Salad with nuts on top and a hard boiled egg!

I like burrito bowls, chicken haystack kind of thing, grilled chicken with veggies, quesadillas, tortilla pizza. Basically something you like that keeps you satisfied.

Repurposed leftovers. It doesn't take too long for me to cook an extra 2-3 servings for dinner and use those for the next two days of lunches. Sausage, meatballs, or chicken can be easily incorporated into a salad or zucchini noodles with some extra ingredients (cottage cheese, new spices, additional vegetables). I also like to take 1-2 cups of mixed vegetables, a babybel cheese, and a small piece of fruit (and maybe some chocolate, baked chocolate sunflower seeds, or yogurt as dessert) with me to graze on as snacks.
