Fields and fields of Dikon yesterday!! I can never find exactly how to use it all up when I buy it so I’m hoping people have some yummy healthy suggestions here that may differ from the typical uses. I’m pretty much the only one who eats it unless I sneak it into soups. So it’s me and 8 lbs of it every time I buy it. 😂😆

Pass day. No way to keep track. It was our first meal out since January 29th. We enjoyed Father’s Day and I took a new family Portrait. We take our social distancing seriously.

Yes times three. Today was a great day exploring one of my favorite local islands with the kids and my husband. Lots of hiking and enjoying sea life watching.
